OUR PROCESS
We start with an initial consultation phone call that is made between the client and one of our design team members to understand what your project is and what result you are trying to achieve. We will review our process with you and make sure it is a project we can help you with.
We schedule a time for you to come in and go into depth about your project expectations, budget, and our software and communication will be used between us and the client throughout the phases of their intended project. We then schedule a time to make a site visit and survey the house or property.
During the site visit we analyze the space of which we are to build or renovate and do a thorough survey involving measuring, photographing, and asking future questions to understand the project to the fullest and be prepared for moving into the design and final estimate phase of the project. We will also get a better understanding of what the client is wanting for the design of their space and how it will relate to the environment around where it resides.
After seeing the project and surveying the property, we then take 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the project to choose selections, form the design using our 3D Software, and price out a final estimate for the project. The client will be invited back to our office, and we will present our design to them, understanding that some selections can change or be eliminated. During this meeting we hope to move forward with signing a contract to allow work to begin, however if the timeline or finances create setbacks, we are open to starting construction at a later date.
This is the phase where the design comes to life and we begin demolition, new construction, and installing all the finishes of their design. Depending on the size and timeline of this phase it is not possible to say how long the construction phase will last but we do our best to deliver your project back to the client in an agreeable timeframe. As far as our job sites go during this time, we hire the finest and most efficient subcontractors and cleaners under the supervision of our project manager who oversees the construction and makes sure everything is moving in a timely manner.
As your project comes to life our designers are scheduled to help with final touches and complete the little details as needed. As our punch list is being completed our designers will complete a client walk-through with you and we will schedule professional pictures at your convenience.
