David is the Owner & CEO of Trapp Construction & Remodeling LLC, a private, family-owned company. He is a Sumter native with over 35 years of experience in the construction sector. David has a culmination of architectural & construction experience in designing, estimating, construction & project management, and job site knowledge. His experience began early in his career in Sumter SC, the Hill Country of San Antonio TX, and the Blue Ridge Mountain Area, Charleston SC, and Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

Sylvia Trapp is the Partner, Client Relations & Office Manager. overseeing daily activities & needs, including client & trade partner communications. event planning, and marketing. Assisting in scheduling consultations, & other aspects of management. Customer service & customer satisfaction is the highest priority. 

Kirk Purcell is our Project Manager and is responsible for communications with our trade partners, schedules, materials, and other dynamics on job sites throughout the construction process. 

Michael is our Project Estimator spending time reviewing drawings and specifications in detail and visiting the site to gather pertinent information. He works from the pre-bid to post-bid balancing act utilizing skills, mathematical analytics and communications with trade partners and vendors to fine tune the scope of work and deliver a competitive bid. 

Pamela Glasscock is the in-house Accountant, overseeing account payables & receivables. She also assists David with several aspects of current projects, budgets, reports, & utilizes QuickBooks. 

Alex Trapp is one of our designers, under the direction of David Trapp, her father. She has over 5 years of experience in residential and retail design and is currently pursuing her BFA degree in Interior Design at Converse University. She is advanced in design software such as AutoCAD, Procreate, Revit and Chief Architect which allows her to help clients visualize their ideas and curate a design that meets not only their needs but also their desire for functionality and livable beauty.
